Mihir Jobalia leads KPMG Corporate Finance’s Technology practice in Silicon Valley. As a leader in Corporate Finance, Mihir serves and expands relationships with clients in the Technology sector with a focus on M&A advisory services and private capital raises. He has over 16 years of experience in executing mergers and acquisitions, private placements, divestitures, recapitalizations, IPOs, follow-on offerings, and delivering fairness opinions. Mihir received his MBA degree from the University of Chicago.


Menan Mehta

Unshackled Ventures

Manan is a founding partner of Unshackled Ventures and has successfully launched a business with a co-founder on a visa. Prior to Unshackled Ventures, Manan ran marketing for ed-tech startup Kno (acq. by Intel 2013) that raised over $90M of funding from top VCs including a16z, First Round Capital, and Floodgate. Before Kno, Manan was an investment banker with $3B in transactions, including the $1.9B acquisition of Skype. Manan was born in Silicon Valley and received a double major at UCLA.


Yale Kofman

Managing Director, Family Wealth Investment Advisor

Yale Kofman is a managing director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management’s Family Wealth Investment Advisor group in the West region. In this role, he brings curated investment strategies and global insights to UNHW clients and Family Offices, both domestic and international.

Yale joined the firm in 2015 and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining BNY Mellon he served as Chief Administrative Officer for First Republic Private Wealth Management and as a Managing Director for Charles Schwab Investment Management, where he was an institutional portfolio manager and a member of the Investment Strategy Council. Yale also held positions in trust administration earlier in his career.
