Many strategic acquirors have a finely tuned process for acquiring companies in the same industry. But what happens when industries converge, such as is happening today as technology impacts many industries as diverse as financial services, healthcare and industrials? How do companies approach M&A in industries with which they have little familiarity and handle issues like valuation, due diligence and post-closing integration?

Our ACGSV panel of experts will lead an interactive discussion on these types of issues, sharing experiences and lessons learned on successful cross-industry M&A.
