Jim is currently Vice President of Corporate Development for Flex, Ltd., a $27B global provider of innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and logistics services to companies of all sizes in multiple industries and end-markets. Over the past 10 years Jim has executed a number of successful divestitures and acquisitions across Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Power, Microelectronics, and Consumer market segments.

 

Aziz Megji

Aziz has been with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for over 4 years and has been involved in a number of successful processes. He is a Senior Leader with Experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, Finance/Accounting, Investment Banking and Private Equity at Leading Firms.

Aziz’ experience is in Technology Industry (Software, Services, Enterprise Technology, Digital/Internet), Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, Capital Markets, Private Equity Investing, Accounting, Due Diligence, Transaction and Commercial Partnership Structuring and Negotiation.

Rob Stobie has almost 20 years of experience working with finance executives from a consulting and technology perspective. He’s served in a Director role at Merrill Corporation since 2014 in both the Washington, DC and now Bay Area market.
