Senior Director, Corporate Development
Todd leads M&A and integration activities as a Senior Director, Corporate Development at Symantec. He has over 20 years of experience with startups and large multi-national companies in Silicon Valley.
Todd held the same role at Blue Coat, and joined Symantec in connection with Symantec’s acquisition of Blue Coat in 2016. Prior to joining Blue Coat, Todd worked at HP Enterprise on multiple deals and integrations and spent time at RGP helping build their M&A services business and consulting to clients in Northern California. Previous experience includes Cisco where he was focused on M&A integration and leading global teams. Not a stranger to the entrepreneurial side of Silicon Valley, Todd worked with WebEx Communications and Postini to build the underlying business application foundation to fuel their corporate growth.
Todd holds a BA degree from Stanford University and a MBA from Santa Clara University.

Sergio is Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Corporate, M&A and Ventures, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Sergio and his team are responsible for global M&A, International Governance matters, and support to HPE’s worldwide Tax Department around corporate restructurings.
Sergio has held this position since May 2013. Prior to that, he led the International Operations team of HP’s Corporate Securities and M&A legal section, ensuring oversight and management of M&A transactions in EMEA, governance matters across HP’s subsidiary structure and support to HP Tax.
Sergio joined HP France’s legal department in 2002 as corporate lawyer, and joined HP’s Corporate, Securities and M&A EMEA section in 2004. Sergio started his career as a tax lawyer in Paris, France and founded an advisory firm specializing in tax advice to small and medium-sized businesses.
Sergio earned a Master’s and a Postgraduate degree in Law from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne, a Master of Laws from the University of Cologne in Germany, and a Postgraduate degree in taxes and international financial strategy from HEC Paris. Sergio is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
Danielle is a Principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice out of Los Angeles. For the last 10 years she has led clients in the Technology and Media space through transformational mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, relocations and reorganizations to help them sustain organizational performance during the change. Danielle works with HR organizations on their role in M&A which is to both integrate/divest the HR function and lead the organization through the change. This includes the Employee Experience/change management, communications, culture and the organization design & selection process. She has advised clients on 28 deals over the past decade.
Prior to Deloitte Danielle worked at Lockheed Martin, leading the communications function for the Naval division in Baltimore.
Danielle earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
