Public Board Dinner – Mandating Boardroom Gender Diversity in California
Monday, March 04, 2019
Location: Il Fornaio

Palo Alto, CA 94301
Are you a current public company board member, have served as a public company director in the past and are actively seeking a new position, or a board member of a company anticipating an IPO and wish to be part of this event?
Diversity is at the forefront of issues facing public company boards. The California legislature has weighed in with SB 826, now passed into law, which imposes financial penalties on public companies headquartered in California that fail to satisfy its gender diversity mandate.
Please join us for a discussion led by Professor Grundfest on the impact and merits of the new law.
