Sibley Bacon joined Google in 2012 as a Sr. Engineering Manager in Data Privacy and Security. In 2014 she was a Great Manager Award recipient. In 2017 she transitioned to focus on developing and delivering training on Execution Effectiveness. Prior to joining Google, Sibley worked in engineering at several companies including PeopleSoft, Workday and Lookout Mobile Security. Her expertise is in building highly productive, happy engineering organizations.
