Hone’s mission is to deliver a more consistent performance from the venture asset class by creating a better beta managed product, in an industry which has otherwise delivered returns inconsistently for decades to institutional investors. Veronica’s initial focus was to develop a strong partnership with AngelList to begin accessing a high volume of deals in the Silicon Valley eco-system and combining that with machine learning to drive optimal deal selection.

Prior to Hone Capital, Veronica served as Vice President of Tesla Motors overseeing its China Operations, and drove the launch of the company’s first car into China market in 2014. Prior to Tesla, Veronica led the launch of Apple’s Education and Enterprise business in China from 2006-2013, growing it from inception into a multi-billion dollar business.
