ACG Silicon Valley Names Gregory Lynch to Board of Directors

CFGI managing director brings extensive experience with IPOs and M&A

San Jose, CA – June 19, 2017 – ACG Silicon Valley, a chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, today announced Gregory Lynch, Managing Director at CFGI, has been appointed to its board of directors. As the Valley’s premier business organization, ACG Silicon Valley is dedicated to bringing together a group of leaders assembled by invitation only and providing a unique experience with like-minded senior executives.

Lynch is a Managing Director at CFGI, a leading accounting advisory firm comprised of former Big 4 professionals committed to supporting companies as they navigate today’s complex accounting, reporting, tax and compliance landscape. His experience spans 15 years and includes public and private companies across a multitude of industries to provide accounting for complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt offerings, and SEC reporting. Lynch is an alumnus of the PricewaterhouseCoopers audit practice and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
